Fast music means running, followed by a sound signal and then the slow music for walking etc...


Everyone has a natural step rhythm, depending on your height, weight and condition.

Always starts with 150 bpm (steps per minute)

Is this too slow for you then you can switch to a slightly faster pace.

The pace is on the running part of the mp3, the walking is always 90 steps per minute.
